Idjára (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a photographer, model and visual artist based in Ontario, Canada. Before embracing photography, Idjára worked in engineering and always had a deep connection to artistic expression through music and theatre. She also works as a painter through her business, Idjára Awe Art. This multidisciplinary background enriches her creative process, inspiring her to develop unique projects and direct artistic concepts.

She works both in the studio and on location, always seeking to capture the relationship between subject and environment. Passionate about multiculturalism, she draws inspiration from Canada’s cultural diversity to infuse her work with depth, texture, and meaning.
